Funeral Home (High Key)

Monday the sun was shining on the front of the funeral home on Broadway in Winona.  The light makes the white railings and shutters pop out.

Kitchen Sink (Low Key)

Took a picture of my kitchen sink late Friday night.  The low amount of front light makes the sink appear darker than it is.

Boat Landing (Backlight)

The sun shines through the planks on this sign near the spillway.  The light shining down from the back make the sign very dark.

Veterans Flag (Ambient Light)

Picture taken over the weekend of my brother’s flag he was given after his tour in Iraq.  The flash from the camera and also the overhead light shine onto the flag.

Wood Pile (Bounce)

Picture taken of wood pile behind a garage in Lewiston, MN.  The suns light reflects off of the white garage which eliminates the shadows.

PI Picnic Sign (Side Light)

This sign near Prairie Island Campground is brightened by light early Monday morning.  The angle of light make so the edge appears very dark.

Filling a Barge (Side Light)

Picture taken on Monday along the Mississippi River. The light from the right side does not give off a large contrast of light.

Main Street (Dusk)

This picture was taken on Main Street in Lewiston,MN over the weekend.  The sun setting along the street lights give off an even amount of light.

Front Light (High Key)

On Monday I took this picture of my dog.  With the light shining down on him from the front he looks very white compared how he looks in reality.

Front Light (Low Key)

On Sunday morning I took this picture just before sunrise.  A streetlight near the basketball hoop allows for you to make out detail on the backboard.
